Upcycle Woodworks, our neighbor right here in Pipersville, PA, created these beautiful hand-carved black walnut coffee scoops for us! Burnished with our Mark, these scoops are the perfect compliment to our coffee.
Profile: Medium-Dark Roast. Honey processed with notes of apricot, caramel, matcha, red currant, and dark chocolate. Fruity acidity and creamy body. We kept a Honduran import for this Seasonal Change in our offerings. The farms from which we import use farming practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable land management, ensuring a lasting positive impact on the environment.
Medium Roast. This is a smooth and mild blend of Central and South American coffees.
Brew Balm is the lip balm of our coffee & tallow collection. Made with tallow from local, Lima Farm, and rendered by Chef Casey, Helpful Foodie, local bees wax, Manūka Honey, and a touch of coffee.

The birthplace of coffee. The regal coffees from this country are deserving of such a heritage and stand up to the calling. The coffees from the different regions of Ethiopia are amazing and very individualistic. These coffees are very herbal with lemon or tangerine notes. The grounds have a hint of toasted coconut aroma.

We have selected two different chocolates and combine in the shop. One of the chocolates is from Ghana cocoa beans that farmers harvest by hand, ferment the beans between banana leaves right on the forest floor, and then dry the beans in the warm African sun. The other chocolate we use is extra bittersweet couverture chocolate. Contains: cacao and sugar.

Featherweight Blend is a bird-friendly specific coffee blend in support of local Willistown Conservative Trust, Newtown Square, PA and Bird Friendly Smithsonian. Featherweight is a light roast with notes of citrus, pie crust, chocolate, roasted hazelnut. Medium acidity. Certified Bird-Friendly, Fair Trade, and Organic light roast with notes of citrus, pie crust, chocolate, roasted hazelnut.

Our Mexican Vanilla descends from the legacy of The Coffee Scoop Founder, Warren May. Each 4 oz. bottle is a nod to the last batch that he made. Mexican Vanilla is from the Veracruz Region and has a profile of warm spices, honey, toasted oak, and caramel. We use our own vanilla in our Signature Vanilla Sweet Cream, Homemade Marshmallows, and Signature Caramel Popcorn, and syrups.
Mocha Java is a delicious medium blend. Java coffee is known for its low acidity, full-body, and notes of molasses, clove, and figs. The name "Mocha" comes from the port of Mocha (al-MukhÄ), which was a major trading center for Yemeni coffee. Cupping notes are blackberry, cocoa, and raisin.

Our Peru coffee is a low acid dark roast boasting a bold profile of baker's chocolate and almond notes. We highly recommend our Peru as espresso. This import is from the Cautivo co-op, Peru.
Our medium roasted decaffeinated coffee is back! Roast House Decaf is a perfect option for those who prefer a medium roast coffee without the caffeine. And we like to say that you'll never know you're drinking decaf -- it's that good! Swiss water process, of course, and bird friendly.
