The birthplace of coffee. The regal coffees from this country are deserving of such a heritage and stand up to the calling. The coffees from the different regions of Ethiopia are amazing and very individualistic. These coffees are very herbal with lemon or tangerine notes. The grounds have a hint of toasted coconut aroma. Winey, wild, and wonderful!
Dark Roast. This blend is full-bodied. Similar to a French roast.

Tucked deep in the rainforest of northwest Guatemala, specifically in the Huehue-tenango region. The Guaya’b Cooperative is made up of over 300 indigenous Maya-Quiche coffee farming families focusing on soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem restoration. Medium roast, shade grown. Bright coffee with nice body, floral tones, fruitiness, stunning acidity, and hints of chocolate and cinnamon.

Mocha Java is a delicious medium blend. Java coffee is known for its low acidity, full-body, and notes of molasses, clove, and figs. The name "Mocha" comes from the port of Mocha (al-Mukhā), which was a major trading center for Yemeni coffee. Cupping notes are blackberry, cocoa, and raisin.
Shade grown medium roast with medium acidity.
Dark roast. Fabulous and fascinating with notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. Low acid and full body with some sweetness.

Coffee was first planted in New Guinea in 1927 using seedlings from the Blue Mountain in Jamaica. The seedlings flourished in the high altitude & rich soil producing a wonderful complexity that has surpassed everyone's expectations. It is fabulous and fascinating with hints of fruit. Clean flavor and full body. No disappointment here.
Our Peru coffee is a low acid dark roast boasting a bold profile of baker's chocolate and almond notes. This import is from the Cautivo co-op, Peru.
Our medium roasted decaffeinated coffee is back! Roast House Decaf is a perfect option for those who prefer a medium roast coffee without the caffeine. And we like to say that you'll never know you're drinking decaf -- it's that good! Swiss water process, of course.

This coffee comes to us from a group of 35 small specialty coffee producers that are members of APROCAFE. Founded in 1999, APROCAFE has since been dedicated to ecological and Fair Trade certified coffee production. Since 2018, APROCAFE has been involved in a new agrotourism project. As part of this project, visitors can tour the farms of these specialty coffee producers and even take part in some of the agricultural work, such as harvesting, pulping, drying, etc. This project is exclusively designed and managed by the young coffee producers of APROCAFE.
