The birthplace of coffee. The regal coffees from this country are deserving of such a heritage and stand up to the calling. The coffees from the different regions of Ethiopia are amazing and very individualistic. These coffees are very herbal with lemon or tangerine notes. The grounds have a hint of toasted coconut aroma.

Profile: Dark Roast, Low AcidityEvangeline's Blend is dark, rich, and smooth similar to a French Roast. Three origins in the blend each come from regenerative farms. This is a beautiful dark roast and low acid! It's a favorite.

Featherweight Blend is a bird-friendly specific coffee blend in support of local Willistown Conservative Trust, Newtown Square, PA and Bird Friendly Smithsonian. Featherweight is a light roast with notes of citrus, pie crust, chocolate, roasted hazelnut. Medium acidity. Certified Bird-Friendly, Fair Trade, and Organic light roast with notes of citrus, pie crust, chocolate, roasted hazelnut.
