We kept a Honduran import for this Seasonal Change in our offerings. The farms from which we import use farming practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable land management, ensuring a lasting positive impact on the environment.

Region: Juanachute Farm, Costa Rica of the Tarrazú region - an area recognized for its fertile volcanic soil and high altitude
Process: "red honey" process, where ripe cherries are de-pulped to leave a layer of mucilage during drying on raised beds for 14 to 21 days. This process is a key factor in the coffee's signature balance of sweetness and clarity
