Colombia (Light Roast) Fair Trade Organic
Do you know Juan Valdez? Everyone does! Colombia is the second largest exporter of coffee, with most of it just average. Some of the villages in the mountains have formed co-op's and are teaching their small landholders how to grow high quality, exceptional organic coffee. This began about 2003. The task of my supplier is to search out the exceptional among the merely average cup.

A great Kenyan is not a subtle delicate coffee but rather a coffee full of power and character. A red wine acidity. This coffee is good all by itself.
