1. How will we know if the coffee we buy will be fresh? Your coffee will be roasted when we receive your order. It will be packaged and shipped that same day or the next day depending on when we receive your order. The roast date is stamped on each bag.

2. How long will it take to get my order? We ship U.S. Postal Priority Mail which takes from 1-3 days.

3. Will my credit card information be safe? What is the Difference Between Decaf (Swiss Water Process) and Decaf (CO2 Process)?
In the Swiss Water Process, activated charcoal is used to draw caffeine from a caffeine-and-water solution which itself has been extracted from the beans. In the CO2 Process, The beans are put in a large pressure chamber, CO2 is pumped in, a chemical reaction takes place where the caffeine combines with CO2 , the liquid CO2 is pumped out leaving the beans 99.9% caffeine-free.
